Terms of Service
Welcome to Elevareuma Academy. These terms govern your access to the site and offerings related to Executive career elevation.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all offerings provided by Elevareuma Academy, including personalized coaching services (“Services”), digital learning materials (“Information Products”), and physical merchandise (“Goods”).
2. Services
Under this section, “Services” denotes one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and tailored career planning sessions aimed at senior executives.
2.1 Provision of Services
Services commence on the agreed start date after full fee is settled. The schedule, format, and content are outlined in your service agreement.
3. Information Products
“Information Products” refers to online courses, guides, and templates delivered electronically. Access is granted upon purchase.
4. Goods
“Goods” refers to physical materials or branded items shipped to your address on record.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are due as specified at purchase. Accepted methods of payment are detailed at checkout.
5.1 Refunds for Services
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of the service start date if fewer than 30 minutes of coaching have taken place. To request a refund, contact support via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of settlement within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may opt to transfer their service to another eligible program at no additional charge.
5.2 Refunds for Information Products
Requests for refunds on digital learning materials must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before more than 20% of content has been accessed. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Transfers do not apply to Information Products.
5.3 Refunds for Goods
Physical items may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping items back. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund is processed within 7 business days.
6. Service Transfer
Clients who cannot attend a scheduled Service may transfer their package to another individual or future program, subject to availability and at least 48 hours notice. Transfers are not permitted for Information Products or Goods.
7. No-Refund Exception
Certain bespoke Services, such as executive retreats or exclusive search assistance, do not qualify for a refund due to high customization and dedicated resources. This exception is explained in the separate service agreement provided at enrollment.
